Daywise Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at NJP / Bagdogra � Transfer to Darjeeling

Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and assisted with your transfer to Darjeeling.

Enjoy a beautiful uphill drive through winding mountain roads, lush tea gardens, and dense forests as you ascend to the charming hill station of Darjeeling.

On arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. You may explore Mall Road (Chowrasta), enjoy local cafés, or simply relax and experience the cool mountain climate.

Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 2 Darjeeling Sunrise & Local Sightseeing

Early morning visit Tiger Hill to witness a spectacular sunrise over the Himalayan range, including the majestic view of Mount Kanchenjunga on a clear day.

On the way back, stop at Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop, known for its scenic railway track, war memorial, and panoramic views.

After breakfast, proceed for a full day of local sightseeing covering Peace Pagoda, Japanese Temple, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays), and Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursdays).

Continue your tour with visits to Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sundays), and Happy Valley Tea Estate, where you can enjoy the beauty of lush tea plantations.

Evening is free for leisure or a relaxed walk around Mall Road.

Day 3 Excursion to Mirik

After breakfast, proceed for a scenic drive to Mirik, a peaceful hill destination known for its natural lake and pine forests.

Visit Sumendu Lake, where you can enjoy boating and peaceful walks around the lakeside. The calm environment and scenic views make it a perfect day excursion.

On the way back, enjoy viewpoints along the route and scenic landscapes of the Himalayan foothills. Return to Darjeeling in the evening.

Day 4 Kalimpong Sightseeing & Return to Darjeeling

After breakfast, drive towards Kalimpong through the scenic Teesta River valley.

On arrival, visit popular attractions such as Deolo Hill, Durpin Monastery, and Dr. Graham’s Homes, known for their panoramic views and colonial charm.

After sightseeing, return to Darjeeling by evening. The rest of the day is free for leisure or shopping.

Day 5 Departure � Darjeeling to NJP / Bagdogra

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey, carrying wonderful memories of your Himalayan holiday.

Tour Exclusions

5% GST (Goods & Services Tax) as per Government of India regulations.
Any increase in airfare, airport taxes, or fuel surcharges after booking confirmation.
Any new taxes or levies imposed by central, state, or local authorities.
Travel insurance premium, if not included in the standard tour coverage.
Upgrades in airline class, hotel category, vehicle type, or room preference.
Pre- or post-tour accommodation costs outside the official itinerary.
Any additional expenses arising from force majeure situations - such as changes in flight schedules, routes, hotel availability, or tour dates due to operational reasons.
Personal expenses including porterage, laundry, telephone calls, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra bottled water, or meals/snacks not part of the group's menu.
Extra costs incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or personal emergencies during the tour.
Charges for optional sightseeing, activities, or special services not mentioned in the itinerary.
Anything not specifically listed under "Tour Price Includes."

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

16 days to prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
15 days to 01 days prior to arrival or no show - 100% of the tour/service cost.

Refund

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
