Daywise Tour Itinerary

On arrival at New Alipurduar or Hasimara Railway Station, you will be welcomed and driven towards Jayanti, a peaceful forest village located in the Dooars region.

After check-in at your homestay and lunch, spend the rest of the day relaxing amidst lush green surroundings. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful walk along the Jayanti River, surrounded by forested hills and natural beauty.

Overnight stay in Jayanti.

Day 2 Jayanti Sightseeing � Transfer to Jaldapara

After breakfast, explore the beautiful surroundings of Jayanti. Visit Buxa Fort, a historic site located deep inside the forest, followed by Pokhri Hill, known for its short nature trails and birdwatching opportunities.

Continue to TGN Watch Tower for panoramic views of the Buxa Tiger Reserve, and stop at Rajabhatkhawa village en route.

Later, proceed towards Jaldapara and check in to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure.

Day 3 Chilapata Forest & Bhutan Border (Phuentsholing)

After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Chilapata Forest, known for its dense vegetation, wildlife, and the historic ruins of Nalraja Fort.

Later, visit Phuentsholing, a vibrant border town of Bhutan, after completing the required permit formalities. Explore popular attractions such as Bhutan Gate, Karbandi Monastery, Zangto Pelri Lhakhang, and nearby local spots.

Return to Jaldapara by evening and relax at your hotel.

Day 4 Jaldapara Safari � Departure

Early morning enjoy a jeep safari at Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary, famous for its grasslands, rich wildlife, and bird species including the one-horned rhinoceros.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards New Alipurduar, Hasimara, or NJP for your onward journey, carrying wonderful memories of your Dooars forest and wildlife tour.

5% GST (Goods & Services Tax) as per Government of India regulations.
Any increase in airfare, airport taxes, or fuel surcharges after booking confirmation.
Any new taxes or levies imposed by central, state, or local authorities.
Travel insurance premium, if not included in the standard tour coverage.
Upgrades in airline class, hotel category, vehicle type, or room preference.
Pre- or post-tour accommodation costs outside the official itinerary.
Any additional expenses arising from force majeure situations - such as changes in flight schedules, routes, hotel availability, or tour dates due to operational reasons.
Personal expenses including porterage, laundry, telephone calls, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra bottled water, or meals/snacks not part of the group's menu.
Extra costs incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or personal emergencies during the tour.
Charges for optional sightseeing, activities, or special services not mentioned in the itinerary.
Anything not specifically listed under "Tour Price Includes."

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

16 days to prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
15 days to 01 days prior to arrival or no show - 100% of the tour/service cost.

Refund

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
