Daywise Tour Itinerary

On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport, you will be received and assisted for your onward journey towards Lava.

Enjoy a scenic drive of around 4 hours through winding mountain roads, lush green forests, and beautiful Himalayan landscapes. Lava is a peaceful hill destination located near the Neora Valley region, known for its natural beauty and rich biodiversity, including rare birds and red panda habitat.

On arrival, check in to your accommodation and spend the rest of the day at leisure. You may visit the Lava Monastery, a calm and scenic spot offering beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

Day 2 Lava � Kolakham & Changey Waterfall Visit

After breakfast, proceed towards Kolakham, a quiet and scenic village surrounded by dense forests and mountain views.

En route, visit the beautiful Changey Waterfall, located around 12 km from Lava. The cascading water flowing through lush greenery creates a peaceful and refreshing experience, perfect for nature lovers.

After spending time at the waterfall, continue towards Kolakham and check in to your stay. The rest of the day is free for relaxation, enjoying the natural surroundings, or short walks in the village.

Day 3 Kolakham � Kalimpong Sightseeing

After breakfast, drive towards Kalimpong, enjoying scenic views of pine forests and mountain valleys along the way. The journey takes approximately 1–2 hours.

On arrival, proceed for local sightseeing covering Deolo Hill, Durpin View Point, Durpin Monastery (subject to opening), Hanuman Mandir, Pine View Cactus Nursery, and Tharpa Choling Monastery. These attractions offer panoramic views, cultural experiences, and peaceful surroundings.

After sightseeing, check in to your hotel or homestay in Kalimpong. The evening is free for relaxation or exploring the local area.

Day 4 Departure � Kalimpong to NJP / Bagdogra

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your return journey to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport.

On the way, enjoy the scenic beauty of the Teesta River valley and lush green hills. Crossing the Coronation Bridge offers a final picturesque view of the Himalayas, marking the end of your memorable trip.

5% GST (Goods & Services Tax) as per Government of India regulations.
Any increase in airfare, airport taxes, or fuel surcharges after booking confirmation.
Any new taxes or levies imposed by central, state, or local authorities.
Travel insurance premium, if not included in the standard tour coverage.
Upgrades in airline class, hotel category, vehicle type, or room preference.
Pre- or post-tour accommodation costs outside the official itinerary.
Any additional expenses arising from force majeure situations - such as changes in flight schedules, routes, hotel availability, or tour dates due to operational reasons.
Personal expenses including porterage, laundry, telephone calls, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra bottled water, or meals/snacks not part of the group's menu.
Extra costs incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or personal emergencies during the tour.
Charges for optional sightseeing, activities, or special services not mentioned in the itinerary.
Anything not specifically listed under "Tour Price Includes."

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

16 days to prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
15 days to 01 days prior to arrival or no show - 100% of the tour/service cost.

Refund

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
